The project is to prove the ability to produce a set of construction documents and creatively incorporate construction systems and materials into design decisions. The Poetry Foundation, a building designed by John Ronan Architects in 2011, was the subject of this assignment.

The goal was to understand the principles of selecting construction materials and assemblies according to their properties, performance, and environmental impact, and re-using them as requirements for sustainable design. The final objective was to produce construction documents for the existing building.
