The project was to work with Boynton’s community development organization to help develop a ‘Master Plan’ with phases directly correlated to the community's wants and needs.

The goal was to learn and understand what the community would benefit from and develop a phasing plan that would be cost-effective early in phasing and become a long-term vision as the phases progressed.
